Returns must be postmarked within 30 calendar days from the date you received it. Returns will be received as a credit to be used on future purchases / services, or for a product exchange.
- Items must be returned unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- A copy of your receipt from Aqua MedSpa must be included with the return.
- All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
- We reserve the right to refuse or deny any return requests or refunds at any time based on policy or program abuse.
Note: We are unable to offer exchanges or credits for products returned due to skin irritation or allergic reaction. We stand by the quality of the products we sell, but certain ingredients (e.g. retinol, hydroquinone, glycolic or salicylic acid) may cause anticipated irritation to very sensitive skin as the skin acclimates.
To help you avoid irritation or allergic reaction, a full ingredient list is displayed on each product page for review. If you encounter any anticipated reactions as cited previously please contact one of our clinics to learn more about what options are available to you to support your skin through this acclimation period.
